by Rob Franta

I have created a new marketing system for Global Resorts Network (GRN). This new system is called the GRN Pay Day System.

First some background on me. My name is Rob Franta I have been an online marketer now for quite some time. More importantly I have been a member of Global Resorts Network for over a year and a half. I was actually one of the first couple hundred members. So what does this mean? I know GRN. I know what works and what does not. I have followed the trends in Global Resorts as well and have seen all the new marketing systems come and go.

Over the last year and a half, I have been waiting for someone to come out with a good marketing system that would include training and support, tons of information, help downline members close sales, have great integrity and deliver the results it should.

Let me tell you there have been some good systems produced. They seem to touch on all of the above-mentioned items but none, which I have found, incorporate all aspects noted above, in one system. For this reason, I decided to create my own.

Enter GRN Pay Day Marketing System. This system is more than just a website to help you promote and sell GRN. It is a complete training series on internet marketing. Not only will you be taught how to successfully market GRN but, these techniques and strategies will enable you to market any product you desire. Internet guru’s, charge thousands of dollars for this kind of training alone.

In addition to the amazing training, we provide you will get your own replicated GRN Pay Day Website. This site is loaded with content audios and sales letters to answer all of your prospects questions. It also explains the extreme value of having the live trainings and help and support that is provided to them, when they join you and get their own GRN Pay Day Site.

The marketing system site incorporates a call to action that steps them through the sign up process and encourages them to take that next step. It will qualify your prospects for you so you don’t have to spend all day on the phone with them just to find out they have no money. It automates the sign up process so you don’t even have to talk with them to get them signed up and ready to go.

Creating original content for the purposes of selling is a hard proposition. With affiliate marketers scrambling to earn commissions off dime-a-dozen products and software enthusiasts looking to earn a quick buck with content programs, webpreneurs have turned towards creating rock solid, original content to jumpstart their money making campaigns. Creating a product from scratch, whether it is an e-book, a small software program, or an item, is not the easiest way to earn income. Private Label Articles allow you to take shortcuts and claim complete ownership of a product, meaning 100% of profits go to you.

The Nuances of Product Creation

Product creation is a booming business on the Internet. Webpreneurs scramble to hire freelance writers to write articles and software programmers to create that hot, new karaoke program. The problem is - creating your own content requires lots of time, money, and energy. Misinformed webpreneurs may settle with Adsense dollars on 20 articles at $10 each to see profit in six months on a generic niche site. Plus, hiring web content writers and developers means setting deadlines, monitoring progress, and the fear of unfinished work. When it comes to product creation, there are a lot of moving parts. When one is ignored, it could ruin the whole process.

The Alternative - Other People’s Products!

Using private label rights means selling someone else’s products. A product can come complete with fresh graphics, original articles, lead generation forms, autoresponder series, and more. The kicker is - with Private Label rights, you can modify, add, and delete content to original, copyrighted content in any way and add your name on top (like a cherry.)

The Run-Down

With Private Label Rights, you could -

Buy 50 articles on home furniture design, modify its contents (even just one word, although it isn’t recommended), and re-distribute them for sale without breaking copyright laws.

Add twists to your Private Label Rights content to meet your individual style (i.e. corporate logos, industry jargon to articles) and pass it off as your own groundbreaking product.

	Combine PLR articles into reports

Use them as part of an email autoresponder series to lure more visitors and subscribers to your pages.

Submit them to article directories for maximum exposure and links back to your page

You are the sole author of the work. No credit is given to its original author!

	Pay less money for content

Digging a Little Deeper -

Private label rights create new products out of original sources. Different markets could be tapped into. It creates a brand and an image, where you have free reign over content, logos, structure of the work (i.e. turning a bland Private Label Rights e-book into dozens of articles for distribution), etc.

PRIVATE LABEL RIGHTS JARGON in a NUTSHELL

There are Resell Rights and Private Label Rights, and it’s important to know the differences. Basically, resell rights allow you to resell a product as is to earn money. In contrast, private label rights allow you to edit, change, and rebrand products to make them your own and create new products out of them. Let’s take a closer look:

1)	Unrestricted Private Label Rights - the most flexible of all rights and therefore most valuable. You can do nearly anything with these products including renaming, branding and selling as your own, editing, and bundling with other products in a package. You can also give them away, and you can sell or giveaway rights for others to resell, master resell, or private label. The danger with giving these rights is nothing prevents buyers from turning around and selling them the same day at price and “stealing” your sales.

2)	Private Label Rights - similar to unrestricted in that you can rewrite, edit, and call products your own. But usually they have some limitations like only sell above a certain price and cannot give for free.

3)	Master Resell Rights - Resell Rights, vs. Private Label Rights allow you to resell products but not edit them in any way. You cannot call them your own, you cannot add or edit the content. With Master Resell Rights, you can also give away the resell rights to others, and often you can give away the Master Resell Rights, allowing others to resell the resell rights.

4)	Resell Rights - these are the weakest of all rights and therefore least valuable. You can only resell the product. You cannot change it in any way and you cannot giveaway or sell resell rights.

Informational niche marketing websites are the last frontier of hope for the aspiring entrepreneur. The guru sitting alone on a mountain top and charging whatever he wanted for information is a thing of the past. No longer can small business complete in the real world with the giants of big business. The Internet has given those with the ability to produce an informational product a big edge, however.

Here are the steps needed to establish an informational niche market website on the Internet:

1. The first thing to do is to choose a topic.a theme.a subject that your product will be concerned with. The trick here is to get the topic narrowed down as far as it will go. Go from the general topic of dogs down to small dogs down to Poodles down to Toy Poodles.down to how to groom a toy poodle, for example. The more specific the topic, the better it will perform. Choose a topic that will help people solve a problem, make their lives better, and make them look better or feel better or give them specialized information that they need. Choose several narrow topics that you are interested in yourself.

2. Research the market available for the topics you have chosen. There are many avenues open to you to accomplish your research. Ask questions. Visit websites with topics that are similar to the topics you have chosen. Read articles. Learn everything you can before beginning the construction of your informational product.

3. Once you are satisfied with your topic, have done the research and determined that there is a viable market for your idea, the next step is to choose a domain name and buy it. There are several places on the net to buy domain names one is Godaddy.com but it isn’t the only one out there. Choosing a name is usually done by the process of elimination. Make a list of acceptable domain names that describe the topic of your website. Start with the one with the least number of letters in it.less than 20 is better.

4. The next step is to get a host for your website. There are hundreds.more like thousands of companies that host websites. There are free ones and ones that are paid for. There are a variety of options. You will need to do some research and choose the type that is best for you. In very general terms there are shared host servers, dedicated servers and your own servers. It is not practical to try to detail the options in one article.

5. Other than your own informational product you need to choose related content for your website. There are many places on the internet to find content for a website dedicated to almost every topic under the sun. Some content is free for the takingsome must be bought. You can write or video tape your own website content. You can have content written by others. Content is the backbone of your website and this isn’t the place to cut corners. All content needs to be relevant to the theme of your website. It is best that it be original, as well.

6. Find and sign up for affiliate programs for products and services that are related to the theme of your informational product.

7. Build your website. In times past you had to know HTML code and how to use it to build a website but that is no longer the facts. You can find WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) programs that you can use to build your website without needing to know the first thing about HTML.

8. Advertise your informational product. There are many ways to do that but the most common way is by using Google Ad words to get started.

1. Directory Linking

by Kim and Charles Petty

1. Directory Linking

Create a directory of web sites on a specific topic. Give people the option of adding the directory to their web site by linking to it. Put your business advertisement at the top of the director’s home page. This technique will get lots of people to link to your web site and give you free advertising.

2. Bonus Advertising

Do you have a product or service that doesn’t sell good? Offer it as a free bonus for someone else’s product or service. Get free advertising by placing your web site or business ad on the product or in the product package.

3. Autoresponder Trade

Trade autoresponder ads with other businesses. If both of you send out information with auto-responders just exchange a small classified ad to put at the bottom or top of each other’s autoresponder message.

4. Tip Line

Start a free tip line. Offer a free daily, weekly, or monthly tip recorded on your voice mail. The tips should be related to your business. Include your ad for your web site or business at the beginning or end of your message.

5. Content Swap

Exchange content with other web sites and ezines. You could trade articles, top ten lists, etc. Both parties could include a resource box at the end of the content.

Electricians, by in large, learn their trade through various apprenticeship programs. Apprenticeships blend field work and manual training with extensive classroom instruction. Unions, including the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers and the National Electrical Contractors Association, along with independent electrical contracting corporations, support apprenticeship programs. In addition to these sponsored training courses, many professional and industrial schools offer preparation courses. Former students are often employed at higher wages than novices who haven’t had this kind of training. A minority of electricians begin their path to mastery by beginning as helpers-aiding electricians by breaking down job sites, gathering materials, and doing other nonelectrical work. Regardless of the selected training path, all apprentices need a high school diploma or a General Equivalency Diploma (G.E.D.). In some instances, an electrician may be required to pass some complex mathematics classes for specific wiring specializations.

These apprenticeships usually span four years and include a minimum of 144 hours of classroom training and 2,000 hours of field training. In the classroom, according to the U.S. Department of Labor’s Bureau of Labor Statistics, apprentices learn electrical theory, blueprint reading, mathematics, electrical code requirements, safety and first aid practices as well as specialized training in soldering, communications, and fire alarm systems.

In the field, apprentices are directed by experienced electricians of journeyman or master certification. Field training entails completion of simple responsibilities like drilling holes, setting anchors, and attaching conduit. More complex training sees the apprentice understanding how to measure, fabricate, and install conduit and install, connect, and test wiring, outlets, and switches. Eventually, apprentices will master the interpreting of electrical diagrams.

Although licensing may differ from state to state, electricians are required to pass an examination that tests their knowledge of electrical theory, the National Electrical Code, and local electric and building codes. Skilled electricians will periodically take courses to learn about any and all upgrades in the National Electrical Code.

Specific electrical contractors, who for the public sphere, as opposed to electricians who work for electrical contractors, often need specific licenses for numerous job requirements. In some States, electrical contractors are obliged to prove their status as master electricians. The minimum in most states is at least seven years of experience working as an electrician. Some municipalities may insist on a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field before an electrician can be certified for special services or get his or her master’s degree. Throughout their careers, electricians may be required to complete mandated safety programs, manufacturer-specific training, and management training classes. Installing low-voltage voice, data, and video systems has recently become the domain of highly trained electricians. Moreover, some electricians my choose to become both electrical and general contractors, which, of course, require advanced studies in construction and business management.

by June Beezy

Okay lets get one thing right straight from the gates of the world of Cigars, Cuban cigars are the best. I mean I’ve personally witnesses so many Dominican converts walk into our store and say “Nothing comes close to the consistency and flavor that a cuban cigar brings”. You know what, that is true when the first Cuban cigar was rolled and that is true now. It is mind boggling how Cuban cigars have quickly spread to almost all the corners of the globe. If you smoke, you most likely at least hear of Cuban cigars. Plus for the people who haven’t, I know you scretly wish that you smoke Cuban cigars.

Let me share three straight to the point tips that will help you out. Let us get one thing pretty straight, it’s all about using your head. If the website you are on has no way to contact them, they are a fake Cuban cigar site. Some people get so dazzled by a website’s look they forget about everything else. No phone number or contact information means they are fake as fake can be. Another great sign is the cheap pricing offered on single cigars and cases. A few hundred dollars on a case of twenty five cigars means you are basically getting a knock off.

However, with all the success, the problem lies when getting it through the internet. There are so many scam websites ou there that you must be careful. These sites are disguised as professional and beautiful but if you miss out on just three things, they can cost you hundreds if not thousands of dollars. Their are some big time scam artists on the internet and you must be careful at all times. Remember, if it’s too good to be true, than it probably is. It was probably said ages ago but still applies today.

Last is the pricing and I really want to stress this one. Just because it is cheap, doesn’t mean it is real. In fact, the only reason you are getting them from someone that cheap is because they are not real. Plus if you live in the United States that holds the biggest population of Cuban cigar buyers, you must deal with someone who has experience in shipping to the United States of America. If you purchase from an inexperienced seller, they can ship to you and be safe but if your cigars get caught, you’ll end up paying a hefty bill for it.

Last but not the least it is the pricing. Real Cuban cigars even in Cuban cost a lot. So you have to watch out. The cheaper the site the bigger the scam these guys are getting you in for. Never let your common sense run out on you when dealing with these sites. Only get Cuban cigars from reputable dealers.

Cyberpunk is actually a subtype of science fiction and punk or rock music. Cyberpunk is a twofold and the words cybernetics and punk converged to form cyberpunk. Cyberpunk is a mix of the latest technology and conveys a message to the society and also about its treatment of its members. The atmosphere in the cyberpunk may be present near the world that is more dependent on technology and futuristic but not as futuristic as the Jetsons. Artificial Intelligence, mega corporations and hackers are the themes that are explored in cyberpunk.

Blade Runner, Matrix Trilogy and hackers a cult film are the films that really boosted cyberpunk and brought into spotlight. With its growing popularity among the people, it has sub genres namely biopunk, ,ribopunk, steampunk and postcyberpunk. These types can be found in cyberpunk literature. It is also a type of modern surrealism as its idea about fantasy and reality is very unclear.

In the world of anime and manga, cyberpunk is becoming prosperous in leaps and bounds. Cyberpunk is wholly accepted in Japan whereas in United States it is not considered. The portion of the cyberpunk which is accepted comes from Japan as it deals with the futuristic setting and creates an International feel as it is written and spoken in Japanese. Some manga and classic anime that is based on cyberpunk are the Ghost in the Shell, Texhnolyze ,Akira, Serial Experiments Lain, Bubblegum Crisis, Apple seed and Metropolis.

Some of the cyberpunk authors are : William Gibson, John Shirley, Bruce Sterling, Rudy Rucker, Richard Kadrey, Pat Cadigan, Lewis Shiner and Michael Swanwick.
Cyberpunk has entered the entertainment world that includes lot of computer games, music, video games and board games. Cyberpunk can be a futuristic style that has a feel of reality in it. One cannot imagine the world to be as futuristic as Jetsons. But there is every possibility that these events will occur in the future with the help of cyberpunk.

If this scenario has not happened to you, you either haven’t been trying to get something going online for very long, or you did your homework first.

You get on your computer and go surfing for the latest and greatest business opportunity– the sure thing that will make you rich. Filling in form after form, you give out your email, name, and phone number too many times to remember, and soon, your phone is ringing and your mailbox is packed. You see even more home businesses than you knew existed. A few of them look pretty good on the surface, so you fill out more forms. Then, you check your mailbox, and are sure you are getting email from everyone in the universe. Either out of desperation or fear of missing out again, you pick one, give them your hard earned money, put your name on the wonderfully unique replicated company website, and wait impatiently for the money to pour in. And wait. And wait some more. Finally, out of the frustration and boredom from zero website visits, you start looking all over again. Sound familiar?

Continually surfing the net for your next business opportunity before you have gotten the one you are on up and going, is a sure sign you are not in the right business. If you aren’t happy with the company, the products, the pay plan, or the training, it’s time to move on. This time, be sure you are making the right choice. Don’t make your decision about which business to join without doing all of your homework first. If you don’t have a concrete set of guidelines that your business has to meet, you will be tossed to and fro by the hype more than by how the opportunity fits you and your situation.

For help in setting up your guidelines, read my four part series entitled “Evaluating an Online Business– Things You Should Know…” (The video version has made its way around the Internet. YouTube is a good choice.) It will give you some guidelines for developing your own checklist, and how to stick with what you want. If you choose the correct business for you to start with, the time you are surfing the net now for another business will be spent building the business you have. Once you start a business, stick with it and give it your full attention. You will not be successful if you don’t actually work at it, and you will not actually work it unless you have taken the time to find the correct business for you.

If you take the time to decide what you want, you will be much less likely to listen to what someone has, and will be more likely to find a business that suits you.

by Rob Pike

As I mentioned previously, there are a number of things that differentiate successful network marketers from average network marketers-or those who never manage to do anything extraordinary. If you want to avoid falling into the trap that will keep you an “average network marketer,” you will want to look out for these five critical mistakes:

1.	Avoid Doing Anything That Makes You Uncomfortable. Yes, that’s right: if you want to be completely average, it’s easy; all you have to do is stick with the things that make you most comfortable. Never leaving that range will ensure that you never do anything that could possibly differentiate you from someone else.

2.	Stop Building Your Network. Again, being average is easy; it means that you can stop growing your network as soon as it reaches a point where you’re comfortable. So rather than growing your network further, you can simply allow it to stagnate once you’ve reached some critical point.

3.	Don’t Memorize Scripts or Practice Presentations. If you’re going to maintain your average-ness, why bother going to the trouble to memorize anything or to plan a superior, convincing presentation?

4.	Don’t Set Goals. If you’re going to be average, you can expect that you will almost never end up succeeding in any goal you set, so why bother to set them in the first place? You don’t need to be under that type of pressure.

5.	Avoid Systematizing Your Business. Why bother knowing where things are when you need to find them - and streamlining all of the various functions, so you don’t have to repeatedly do menial, unnecessary work? If you’re going to be average, you might as well keep your organization at an average level.

Now, if you want to avoid being average, I would suggest that you train yourself to avoid all of these serious thinking pitfalls. At some point in our careers, we all fall into them; however, if we want to stay above average-or get there for the first time-we have to get past these obstacles and do something that is truly unique and consistent.
